I am Swathi, an Isha Hatha Yoga Teacher. Since childhood I had a passion for food and being a foodie, I try out almost all healthy recipes and add twist to the recipe. I find recipes in magazines, cookbooks, facebook, other blogs, etc, and I try them out and alter the recipe to make them quick and easy.
